The pool is up and running and want to transition from bleach that was used before the pump was wired to the SWG, any input on what % and how long I should run the pump to keep the chlorine level correct?

I suggest starting with the pump on low speed for six hours a day, preferably broken up into two or three blocks of time spread around the clock. Then set the SWG for 50% and see what happens. If the FC level in the late afternoon/early evening is too low turn up the SWG, if it is too high, turn down the SWG. In that way you will fairly quickly zero in on the correct percentage setting.
