Program heater times on the Suntouch?

I have a Suntouch setup for single body (pool). Basically, I want to be able to set a Schedule for the heater so it only comes on a couple of hours a day, say 3-5pm. Granted this would have to be within the same time as the main pump. Even if it was programmed wrong, the power to the heater is connected with the pump so it wouldn't be able to come on before or after the pump.

Is this possible?

Yes, and no. Normally the heater will run any time the water is below the target temperature and the pump is on. There is no provision for any further control.

However, there is a way to over-ride that, but it requires a spare relay and some minor rewiring. What you would do is run the existing heater control wire through an aux relay, so the heater will only come on when that relay is on. Then you can program a schedule for that aux circuit to limit when the heater comes on.
