Can you identify this pool light cover?

I have a customer who's pool light is not working, this is on a fiberglass pool, the light did not seem to come out like most lights, it was full of water the cover unscrews, my guess is that I have to drain this pool bellow the light to replace the bulb that I could not get out, it did not look like any standard bulb.
I have to go back by there, I guess I could take some underwater pictures that might help, but for now this is what I have.

Ok, I went back and got another picture without the lens cover, I was able to work it out some, but I could tell the wires were keeping it from coming out.
