Is it possible for someone to create a spreadsheet document (printable) that has all items to be tested, blank boxes for dates tested, and boxes to write in results. Maybe even include a brush/vacuum and backwash section?? Yes I can do this on a piece of paper, but how awesome would it be to only have to write in a number :)

Why not just create your own how you want it? If you use the search I know there are a few of these types of things posted ... some for printing and some of actually using in the software.
 
Thanks! I have def thought about creating my own since I love doing this sort of thing, BUT I am not as well-versed as most others on this site. Simply put, I was afraid of leaving something important out and decided to post this request instead ;)
Perhaps I will create one someday and share. Thanks again for the help!
