Calcium hypochlorite?

I was planning on shocking my pool to raise chlorine level to proper range of 8 ppm. My question is if I use hypochlorite shock will that raise my CYA or just my calcium hardness? How much will a bag raise my CH?
My chemistry is

FC = 2.8
PH = 7.6
TA = 80
CH = 210
CYA = 120
