blue but cloudy water

Hi everyone.
new in this and need your help
My ump was broken and the pool turned green. I put liquid chlorine and shocked it with 4 bags HomeDepot type.
Used twice the brush, back-washed the filter 4 times.
I have added water from the city and added one bag of salt (I have a salt generator)
the water is blue but cloudy
here is what i read with the tests
FC >3.0ppm (test color did not change after 3 minutes, it is dark yellow)
pH 7.8 (will add acid later today)
TA 11ppm
CYA 85ppm

How can i get the cloudy water crystal clear?

Your FC level for SLAMing the pool, is on the CYA chlorine chart. You're not close to shock level for a CYA of 85. And you'll need an FAS-DPD chlorine test, to read your FC up to 50ppm. Your test is testing Total chlorine, not Free chlorine. Click on the Pool School link and read about how to properly SLAM your pool.
