    Dead Algae

I believe I have won the war with the algae! I just have gray little stuff on the bottom of the pool when it settles. I've been brushing that up. Should I keep the FC at SLAM until it's all gone? FC seems to be holding pretty steady. Or should I just let it drop down to normal now that the green is all gone?

The SLAM has a definitive end that you can find by reading the SLAM article in Pool School.

You will be done with the SLAM when you meet three criteria. See red lines in my sig
TFP Moderator TF100 Test Kit TF100 TestKit YouTube Channel PoolMath
    You're done SLAMing when:
    1)You lose 1ppm or less FC overnight, & 2)You have .5ppm CC's or less, & 3)your water is clear.

Thanks Butterfly! That's my youngest. He is 12 weeks old.

I believe based on those criteria I am done! Thanks for your help.
