Losing my plaster?

We are not the best pool owners meaning we do not check chemistry every week. I noticed today some dark blotches in some areas that would not brush off or even scrape away with my finger nail. I do not believe it any kind of algae. Attaching a few pics and wanted to get your thoughts.

Is that Spring TX by any chance?

I'm sorry I can't tell from the photos what that is. Without knowing the chemistry, it really is hard to even guess what might be going on. Sorry to admonish you in the first post, but you really should be testing much more frequently.
