K-1000 sample size?

Can someone tell me what the sample size is on the k-1000 ph/tc test is? I'm away from my kit and trying to measure a volume of water without a graduated cylinder.

It is 5ml

Roughly 4.5 ml.

The quantity doesn't need to be precise for the PH or OTO chlorine test.

Like Jason said, size does not need to be precise on the color matching OTO and pH test as you are looking for the tint not the intensity of the color.
