I'm trying to decide whether I should go with a SWG vs Chlorine on a 284 sq ft pool. Now that I think about is there any truth to the issues of chipping etc on flagstone?
I would go with the SWG. The extra salt in the water can occasionally have an effect on soft natural stone above the water line. Most people never have a problem, but occasionally natural stone can be seriously damaged. Sealing the stone can help prevent problems. Even without salt, softer natural stones sometimes have problems.
