Still have brown/green blobs on bottom of pool

I have been Slamming my pool for 3 days now. I have removed all the brown stuff from the walls and most of the bottom is clear. However I still have brown green blobs and streaks on 20% of the bottom. I have scrubbed and scrubbed.

FC 12
pH 7.6
CYA approx 20 I am bringing this up and have a sock in the skimmer
TA 170
CH 400

The water is crystal clear and inviting. (it is a little cloudy in this pic because I just finished scraping/brooming)

How Long will I be slammin and scrubbin to get that off the bottom (part of my problem is I have some wrinkles and the bottom is a little uneven)?
Can I get in the pool and use a green scrubby from the kitchen (new of course) and put it under my feet and scrub that way> would that help?
What would happen if my FC is that high and I did it?

Try taking a 3" "trichlor tablet and rubbing it on those stains. Use your feet-------wear some flipflops!

No. Anything up to SLAM level for your CYA is safe.

That would very likely help and cause no harm whatsoever.
