Taylor results, does everyone use 1 drop = 0.2 or 0.5 ppm

Yesterday I added bleach, ran pump and tested for overnight test.

FC 10.6
CC 0.2

This morning:
FC 9.5
CC 0.5

Last night I tested using 1 drop=0.2 ppm
This morning I tested using 1 drop=0.5 ppm

I started the SWG this morning to maintain FC and continue Slam process. Which accuracy level does everyone use 0.2 or 0.5?

1 drop is .5

If you are SLAMING, there is no need for the SWG to be on. It cannot produce enough chloring to maintain FC at the needed level.

I think pooley1 means what level do people use in the comparator tube? One level requires multiplying by .2 the other by .5.

I use the higher level in the tube just because it's easier for me to see the color change with more water in the tube. I think that's .2 if I'm not mistaken.

I use the small sample. It's accurate enough for normal use.

If I was doing an overnight loss test, I might be tempted to use the larger sample.

For the guidelines we use here on TFP, there is seldom, if ever, any need for the .2 resolution (25ml). .5 ppm (10 ml) is all that's required.

You say you are slaming, that FC range looks very low, what is your CYA level?

CYA is 33, so I was shooting for FC 12. Is 10.6 close enough?
