what is the best way to stabilize stairs in an AGP?

Many people have devised weights using old bleach jugs or PVC pipes. If you use the search box for "wedding cake steps weights" or something like that, you'll get a lot of hits. Some of the threads even have pictures.

Drill some extra holes in them as well for better water circulation through them. Mine look like a woodpekker on steroids got hold of them.

Just a 1" wood bit in a drill. Steps removed from pool of course!
