Well four weeks later it is just about complete. I promised some pictures and wanted to follow up and do so. Thank you all for your help!

You're lucky you get to build your deck without beams. Here in NJ we have to use beams, footings need to be 12 wide x 36" deep and depending on how large the deck is, you need x amount of footings and beams.

When you want to post pictures from your Photobucket account, Click on the picture you want to add...it will open in a new window. On the right side of the page you will see a title that says, Links to share this photo . Click on the IMG link. It will highlight it and say, COPIED. Simply past that link into the message you want it in and it will show up.
