I was unable to make any more adjustments yesterday/last night. Do I need to go back to SLAM level (12) and perform an OCLT or can I just bring it up to normal (4) and run with it?

So you went a whole day without adding any bleach ?
I'd go back to SLAM level or close to it and do the OCLT tonight. You need to get your FC up also for today.

correct only made one addition yesterday morning and then was gone until this morning (you can see every addition I've made and when, I posted them as I made them)

Just remember that the 'M' in SLAM is for 'maintain'. You should try to maintain, i.e. not go below the shock level.
Twice yesterday you posted results that were lower than shock level, lower than target level, and even at or below minimum level.
Keep SLAMMING until:
OCLT < 1.0 ppm.
CC < 0.5 ppm
Water is clear

So your saying I should still stay at shock level even though I've met those three criteria?
