1 of the support posts is kinked :(

We were just getting ready to open our pool today and noticed that one of the support posts is slightly kinked and the outside, metal wall is a small 'wrinkle'.
I called the pool people who set up our pool 3 years ago, but the service department is not open until Tuesday.
How serious is this? Can they just replace the post? How could this happen?

Can you tell if the pool wall is out of the bottom track? You may need to remove dirt and grass by hand to see the bottom rail.
