New liner install issue

I have a 24 foot round and am installing the beaded liner. As I finished the bead I have way too much liner left. i.e. overlaps 8 inches!

I ordered 24 foot round liner...what am I missing here?

Do you mean you have too much bead left? If so we just had the same problem today installing ours.
You need to hang it in 4 places north, south, east and west. Then do nw, sw, ne, se. Like you are tightening lugs on a wheel. Then just keep sliding the bead around until you use up all the slack.
