I bought 4 vacuum hose heads for my 2 40' hoses last year and just got around to installing one. After cleaning off the old glue & sawing off the old end, the threads are left handed and the heads are right handed. The store where I bought them never heard of this. Has anyone else heard of left handed thread on the hose ends? I will take the hoses & heads back to the pool guy to see what he thinks and any suggestions would be welcome.
