    Pentair Salt water Cell

Have a Pentair SWC now entering it's 2nd season. The cell builds up calcium and twice a year I clean it out per Pentair's instructions. The issue is I cannot seem to keep FC levels up and am shocking the pool once a week now to keep the algae bloom from going crazy. The salt level reading is 3500PPM. All the lights are green on the SWC and have the setting to 100%. Any ideas? Is there a way to truly test these? Thanks in advance...

Re: Pentair Salt water Cell you have a current full set of test results? Specifically, what's your CYA level?

Once algae takes over, a SWG can not kill the algae fast enough and the pool needs to go through the SLAM process.
