Old liquid CYA

That's a good question I thought was asked this morning. Won't all acid bases eventually out gas?

That would take essentially forever. I'm more concerned with the mixture separating into several different components, some of which don't dissolve so well.

It's a salt, not really much of an acid or a base. It's sodium cyanurate in a slurry. Even acids and bases do not all outgas -- it depends on the specific chemical. In this case, it behaves much more like regular salt and stays in solution and is not volatile.
