    New Test Results

The K-2006 arrived over the weekend while I was out. My wife, who is not a chemist, tested and came up with the following results:

    PH 7.4
    Alkalinity 40
    Calcium 70
CF and CC n/a. Pool was just filled from complete drain
CYA 10, she did not test but this result was from the pool store

    What should I add?
60' x 20' L-shape, 23K gal, NSW, IG Plaster, built spring 2002, 3 HP Inteliflo pump, Cartridge filter, gas heater, swim lane, volleyball net, Dolphin A30i robot.

    Re: New Test Results

First, get your own full set of test resuts and post them here, if your cya is really 10 you may not see the black dot disappear. Buy some cya: This is probably the best buy for cya: you may have to order it site to store. (Free shipping). Put the amount needed in an old athletic sock and hang it in front of a return: also, put in enough bleach to get your FC up to 3-5 ppm you can find 8.25% great value at walmart reasonably too.
