We built our pool August 2013, and did not have a clue about taking care of it. We had a relatively good PB but had a few issues with our build & equipment. You know, things go wrong. Anyway,
my chemistry was way off at the beginning of April. Huge swings in PH
So I started reading Pool School, made some mistakes and I think I am on the right track!
Here are my current stats:
FC 5.5
CC 0
ALK 80 (it hovers at 60-80 most of the time)
PH 7.4
CYA 70
Borates 50
CH 300
Water is crystal clear.
