    Scale on bottom of pool

I second the OP, just emptied out my pool (42.000gallons) and I'm having similar problems.
Probably extreme high PH-values last season causing this.
However, nothing seems to be able to remove this.

Question though, by filling it up and regulating the PH to the down-side of 7, would that do the trick over time?

Re: Limescale stuck on the bottom of the pool!

Welcome to the forum. Note that you are posting to a 3-y/o thread.

Nevertheless, carrying your pH down around 7.0 - 7.2 will slowly dissolve it but it may take a very long this swim season.

So I can actually just fill it up then and hope for the best... sounds a lot better than what Im doing right now....
Rubbing my fingers off by using scrubs and using oxalic acid.... which actually didn't help at all...

    Anyhow, thanks again!
