What way should my returns jets be facing for best water circulation? I have 3 returns all on the same side just wonder if they should all be pointing down or up. Also has anyone used the Iball velocity returns for variable speed pool pumps?

The returns should be aimed to get a consistent circular motion of the water, that usually means two of them hard to the side and the third one aimed across the side wall. Aiming one of them down towards the bottom of the deep end is also a good idea.
The special variable speed returns make it a little easier to get consistent water motion at low speeds, but are not at all essential.
