Another newbie!

For the last 2 days I've been reading, and reading here on TFP. (Of course, it sounds like I've been doing it all wrong) First thing, (as I learned here) my CYA was out the roof, as I sit here the pool is refilling after a (ready for this) 70% dump. (ouch)

The more I read, the more I said "thats what I've been dealing with". I'm looking forward to later today getting a handle on things. I'm sure I'll be asking a TON of questions...

Welcome to the site. Lots of very knowledgeable people here. First recommendation I can make is get a good test kit. The TF-100 is the one most recommended here. The speed stir is an awesome option if you have the spare cash.
