PDA backlight not working

Hi All:

I have a Jandy PDA system and the backlight on my PDA stop working. Any idea how to fix this? I dont see a way to take this apart. Will Jandy fix it if I sent to them?

i take it that you have replaced all batteries in the PDA and Aqualink (if it is a PDA only system)? if so then it may be the PDA itself and as it is a waterproof item it is very hard to pull apart and repair. so if you send it back to Jandy i don't think they will repair it. You may need to purchase a new one.

Hi, My PDA is only about 12 months old and the back light is not switching on too.
Did you have any success with your PDA?

Be sure the backlight is set to turn on in the settings. If this is correct and no back light the PDA needs to be replaced.
