PLC1400 Strange behavior

2 weeks ago I cleaned my SWG there was scaling and build up.
Re-installed.
Checked chemistry
NO FC...

I retested my pool today 5-11 for FC.
None to be had.
Reset Aqua Pure 1400, or should I say I turned off all power to controls.

FLOW light is on
CELL RESTING light comes on
No Error Codes

Current symptoms are:
When I up the % chlorine production the CELL ON light comes on for about 3 seconds then goes dark.
I was able to repeat this 2X :confused::confused::confused:

I am puzzled.
The PLC1400 is 2 yrs old.
I live in Texas so pool equipment runs year around.
