water leaking from pressure relief valve

As a new pool owner, what needs to be done if there is water coming from the pressure relief valve? The pressure if also running a tad lower than normal. Should I just tighten up the valve?

    Welcome to TFP!!!

Can you be a little more specific about the actual leak location? Maybe post a picture.
