Hi all, hoping someone might be able to help answer a filter/pump question. I have an 18x52 round above ground pool with a Pentair Optiflo 1HP 60hz pump. We just opened the pool for summer (we're in San Diego) and I'm trying to figure out how long the pump/filter should be running each day. I've seen calculations online but the numbers aren't making sense. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...

right now just 2 hours in the morning, which is also when I test and add any chemicals. probably starting next week I will set the timer for a 2 hour evening run as well as we are about to start really using the pool.
