my salt was never low last year, i checked it this year and is still where it was. However the indicator on the pump is saying its low. because of that there is no chlorine being produced and my sparkly pool is fading again. I added 3 bags of salt and it is still going off. Everything has already been up and running 3 weeks no issues and for 4 days i get this error. i took it apart and cleaned it but still no good. any tips? sry for errors typing 1h with baby in the other

Your SWG cell might be wearing out. A low salt reading when the actual salt level is normal and there isn't any scaling on the cell is what happens when the cell wears out.
Remember that you need to add chlorine manually while you get getting the issue resolved.

What is your water temperature? Low temp below 65° could create a false reading or your unit may not produce at those temps.

Like is the cell in this http://www.amazon.com/Intex-Krystal-Clear-Saltwater-System/dp/B0064OONXQ/ref=sr_1_1?s=lawn-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1399495587&sr=1-1&keywords=intex+saltwater+cell the same? Are they all the same? If so Ill just buy a cheaper smaller system and take the cell out of it.
