uprights won't snap into bottom cuff

I have a resin bottom cuff with the 2 tabs that are supposed to hook into the 2 holes in the bottom of the uprights.. tried everything and I can't get them to snap into place! There's nothing blocking them at the bottom of the cuff, they're hitting the bottom for sure but the tabs just don't grab on.

Anyone else have experience with this issue?

Rubber mallet tapped on top? I had a few that didn't want to go in and that's what we used. Just wiggle it around too. I have the resin track with the plastic boots...

got them in! had to use a small screwdriver and reach down in there to pop them out.. the wall was like a frying pan against my arm in this 95 degree weather

So glad you got them in! Sometimes, it all seems so easy til you get knee deep and want to scream! Post pics of your new pool! We'd love to see it!
