Tiny air bubbles on liner. Sign of anything wrong?

I was cleaning out the cleaner tonight so I was down close to the water line. I noticed lots of little bubbles all over the liner underwater. These are surface bubbles, not bulges in the liner or anything like that.

Does this mean anything in terms of chemistry that might signify a problem?

I get those at times as well, usually if I allow my pH to move too much, or when reducing my TA. As far as I know, it's just off gassing of the carbon dioxide in the water.

I think it's fun to walk around inside the pool tapping on the side and feeling all the bubbles rising. It tickles!
