How to clean this off tile.

Any ideas how to get this off the tile? Not sure what it is.

It looks like calcium deposits from splashover. Use a mixture of muriatic acid and water (start with 3:1 water).

Rinse well after it's clean.

Just spray that mix on and rub it in?

If you mix it in a spray bottle, don't use anything with metal. I mix it in a bowl and apply it with a sponge that is acid proof.
