I've been seeing members ask about Waterway pumps of late. FWIW, I purchased a Champ-215 (2 speed 1.5hp) pump that had some problems with it. I called Blanca from Waterway Plastics in Ca. and have to say that she was phenominal!! She asked for some pictures to be emailed and that I send them the two labels from the pump and they are sending me a new pump. No other questions were asked. Blanca must have sent me at least four emails since last Fri. My new pump is scheduled for delivery next Tues., Fedex. I don't know how the other pump manufacturers operate, but I have no complaints regarding Waterway.
