Aqua Comfort SWG Question

Just opened up the pool and got the filter up and running, but having an issue with the SWG cell. The cap will not go back on the cell. I have zero experience with the SWG and was looking for advice. Thanks in advance.

That cap was never meant to be removed from the portion still connected to the cell housing. Also the cable going through the cap is supposed to be connected to the terminals on the part of the cell assembly still connected to the SWG.

There is a nut just below the "cap" which allows you to remove that whole assembly from the SWG case.

Thanks for the reply. I have never seen the cap removed before and now I know why. Called Aqua Comfort and they do not sell parts to the general public and I will have to go with a certified tech. Thanks again...
