Jandy Valve Actuator Questions

I have a Jandy Valve Actuator hooked up to my iAqualink. Please see Attached drawing.

Currently the settings are:

1 - just regular returns
2 - regular returns and gushers.

I would like to have:

1 - just regular returns
2 - regular returns and gushers
3 - just gushers.

I understand that the JVA isn't capable of doing this. its A or B, On or Off.. Is there a system (that works with iAqualink) that has a three way setting?


if not (or too expensive/difficult) i think i will reprogram the JVA to:

1 -Just returns
2 - just gushers

And have my variable speed pump go at high speed at valve setting 1 during the night and have the pump go on lower speed at valve setting 2 during "use-of-the-pool" hours.

I see no attached diagram. There are not actuators that stop at 3 places. You could change your plumbing such that you add a second actuator that would allow you to have the 3 options you desire.

You only get two positions, but either or both of them can be anywhere in the valves range of motion. You adjust where the JVA stops using small cams inside the actuator.
