Hayward ultra vac

Mine is getting cam drive locked. I have adjusted the three position switch to all spots and still works for a bit then stalls. Anyone every experienced this issue? I have tore it down and checked all inside moving parts and nothing broken, missing or bound.

What does cam drive locked mean? On mine, when I move the pods, they move then they get stuck and I have to wiggle them to unstick. This is a bummer and unit is broken after every part was replaced. Tonight Im replacing gear box to see if that helps!
