Best Pool Floor pad for concrete slab

I had a concrete slab put in to place my new aboveground pool. I was wondering the best type product to use for floor bottom other then gorilla pad, happy bottom or liner shield.


Carpet padding?
Wall board insulation?


Just wondering.

Welcome to TFP!

Rigid wall board insulation works well. Carpet padding is problematic, some kinds tend to rot and in any case is not really well suited for this application.
