Need help Identifying Model of filter

Hi Everyone -

I am taking over some maintenance responsibilities at our community pool and have some very old filters that need maintenance. We are getting some sand in the pool via the inlet ports, so I assume I have some broken laterals. The filters are VERY OLD and the identification labels are faded out. I would appreciate any help you could give regarding the model of these filters. I will attempt to add the pictures. Thanks!

Well it appears to be a Triton that is made by Pentair. You might be able to measure the diameter to figure out the model. Although hard to say if the design of the parts has changed.

Thanks Jason, the diagram on poolzoom certainly looks like what I'm dealing with.
