Question Conversion to P1353ME from PF-1202T mechanical timers

I am trying to replace my analog timers(2) with a single digital timer (P1353ME) Attached is a photo of my currently wiring. Can someone one tell me how to wire the new unit. I know next to nothing about electricity.

    Welcome to TFP!!!

Honestly, if you know nothing about electricity, you might should not be messing with it

To help, we would need more pictures (preferably without whatever posterization this one has) and to know what the current timers are running and to know what the new timer looks like (link to instructions or something).
