Liner install advice please

I just installed beaded liner on above ground pool today and got seam just right I thought on bottom. Hooked up vac and added water while smoothing wrinkles out. I got one inch of water in and the pool floor is completely wrinkle free and smooth but in 2 opposite sides of pool there are bad wrinkles in wall where the border is. Do liners have to be turned and alligned just right or will they smooth out? Thanks

I don't know if it matters or not, but is it a round or an oval pool? Flat bottomed?

Hello, it is a 27 round above ground with flat bottom

Pictures would be helpful. The pictures below show my liner before filling. It filled without and wrinkles showing.
Kept working to get the wrinkles smaller.

Immediately before adding the 2-3" of water. Just keep tugging and getting the liner seam centered on the cove.

I put about 2-3" of water in the pool and let the kids slide around.
