Just did a no drain acid wash.. What should I attack first?

You can not really do one without the other. You need to raise that pH back up into the 7s with borax or soda ash. Only way to lower the TA (if you want to worry about it which is not necessary if you just keep the pH in range) is by following this: Lower Total Alkalinity
Just aerating the pool should drive the pH up. Full blast on that waterfall. Although I suppose I'd raise pH to at least 7 before I started running water through the heater.
The only heat I have is the 80' temp today!! Lol

Whether or not the heater is on, if acidic water is flowing through the copper heat exchanger, you might end up with green haired kids and an expensive leak repair.

Did you wipe the tip with a damp cloth for each drop? Did your drops look full or smaller than others?
What was the TA before adding the acid? A 200 ppm TA does not make sense if you added a lot of acid. How much acid did you use and what strength was it?
What color did the water change to when you added the TA reagent?

When I first tested it the Ph was above 8.2... Would that have turned the pool green? I shocked the pool last night and it cleated it up.
Or could be cause I had no Cya in the pool?

pH nor CYA has no affect on the color of your water.
It is difficult to follow your actions above......why did you shock the pool last night? Isn't your water clear?

I keep on getting scale and some red clay stains in the pool... Pain in the rear end!!
