    Solar Cover Recommendations

After having a pool for three seasons now, our solar cover was falling apart and was thrown away. Now I need to purchase a new one. Any suggestions on the best one for heat retention/heat generation? We have a 27' round above ground by the way. Thanks!

    Re: Solar Cover Recommendations

Consensus here seems to be that covers all have roughly the same heat retention and life span regardless of thickness or brand. Many here prefer thin covers because they are easier to handle.

I'm also considering one... Have never owned a solar cover. We've got a 30' x15' IG.

So color has no affect on heat?

My last one came from http://www.solarcovers.com - quick free shipping, and the same quality I had formerly received - about to enter it's third year and hasn't begun to lose the bubbles (yet)
