Hayward Nav Pro - Gear Box replacement?

Hi All,
I have Hayward Navigator Pro cleaner and I've noticed it doesn't rotate around the clear attachment as freely a before. You know the clear pipe where you attach the hose. Before I can turn it quite freely but now not as much. This affect its movement in the pool. I have enough hose to cover the pool but not long enough for it to get tangled up.

How do I resolve the issue?
I'll contact Hayward and see what they recommend.

Not sure, but maybe someone has dealt with this. Hopefully they help you out when you call.
