OTO Test Turning Green or Blue

What does it mean if the water in a simple OTO Test turns Green or Blue?

You do mean the Chlorine side right? Just curious but I'm not going to be able to say.

It generally means that you used the wrong reagent, or your OTO reagent has gone bad, or the water sample is contaminated with other reagents. Valid colors are clear, yellow, orange, red, and various shades of brown.
