Air Flow light on Jandy 400N-TL Heater

When I try to turn on the pool heater, the Service light comes on, followed by Air Flow light. I have tried cleaning out the leaves and other debris from around the heater. I also opened up the front panel, and tried clearing away the cobwebs, etc., but the error continues.

Any suggestions?
