    "Thanks" Button

    In another forum I moderate we have a "Thanks" button that members can click on if they felt a post was useful. It doesn't mean much but alot of people contribute here and lets the person know they are appreciated.

    Each time a person is "Thanked" it shows up below their username.

    We had some kind of reputation system like that turned on briefly when switched software ... decided it did not add anything and could cause hard feelings.
