New to the sight and a Want To be Pool Owner. We do not have a pool yet, but I have learned alot already from this sight. Need some information on Semi Inground pools. We are looking at putting in a Doughboy pool, Round 24Ft or Oval 16x24. Have not decided yet on the shape, but we do want to bury it, either 2ft deep or all the way. I live in Northwest Ohio, were the summers are hot and the winters are a deep freeze. Looking for any Pro's or con's of a semi inground pool with a deck. The soil in our area is clay, but at times can have some standing water in the back yard when we have heavy rains. Just trying to get as much information as i can before we jump in. I only want to do this once and do it right the first time.
