Are there any suggestions on how to remove my Vari-Flo sight glass. When i bought it, and installed it I didnt know it needed a gasket, or o-ring.
it is glass but i cannot remove it by hand

A strap wrench might work. Be careful not to overstress the glass, as it could break.

A Non-Slip Rubber Jar Opener might work. Make sure the glass is dry.

Or, you could wrap electrical tape around the glass several times to bulk it up and give you a better grip.
