Plaster chipping off?

i have a jacuzzi, 1,600 gallons and we had it replastered 5 years ago and now there are some spots where the plaster has come off. My question is, I've seen ads for the "do it yourself" plaster things and I was wondering how good these work? Just need to fill in a few spots.

Also, if these work good, does the concrete have to be completely dry for me to patch the plaster in?

Anyone have any experience with these?

Patching isn't difficult. Just get the same plaster and trowell it in. You might want to check for delaminations and cut them out first. The concrete should be damp but not seeping water.

Is there a brand that you can recommend? How long does it take until I can refill the spa with water again?
